The Reversible Hobo – One of a Kind
Well… this was a fun experiment.
This is the first and only reversible hobo bag I’ve ever made, and while I can’t promise I’ll make another one, I can promise this one turned out pretty special.
Measuring 15 inches wide, 10 inches tall, and 6 inches deep, this slouchy hobo style bag gives you two completely different looks in one. Just flip it inside out depending on your mood.
One side features a bold aqua and teal paisley print on a deep purple background, paired with blue watercolor side panels for a rich, vibrant look.
Turn it inside out and you get the inspiration behind the whole project: a stunning dragonfly and water lily print, complemented by soft pastel watercolor panels that feel calm, dreamy, and a little magical.
The bag is made with four coordinating cotton prints and is lightly interfaced for gentle structure while still keeping that relaxed hobo shape.
It features a simple tie closure and no interior pockets, keeping the design clean and easy to flip from one side to the other.
Basically… it’s two bags in one, ready to match whatever mood you’re in that day.
And since this was my one and only reversible hobo experiment, this bag is truly one of a kind.
Handmade in my studio with plenty of curiosity and a little bit of “let’s see what happens.
